Responsible for P&L results, pricing strategies, cost and expense containment, and revenue growth for all four business lines and 50+ locations generating over $100 Million Dollars in Revenue. Led a team of 600+ staff members in all areas of operations. Provided vision and direction to senior leaders of four different operating divisions, as well as seven department heads. Responsible for leading all Daily Rental operations for South Alabama and South Georgia, including overseeing five Area Rental Managers and five Department Heads as well as two Business Rental Sales Executives.
