Hired by the president of this company to create a succesful VHS Duplication Laboratory - Duties included: design and implentation of operations center, create buisness plan, hiring sales, marketing, and customer service personel as well as material handlers and tech staff.

Hired back at this Dynamic Post Production company to head up the the Sales & Marketing of the original VHS Duplication Division which had moved to Cleon Ave in North Hollywood, CA. Also put in charge of all sales and marketing for AME's east coast affiliate "Trans American Video".

- Santa Monica, CA office - in charge of ALL Studio Entertainment VHS business. Created Direct Mail campaignes using VHS Video Cassettes.

AME, Inc., a premier Video Post Production facility in Burbank with affiliates in Hollywood, West LA, North Bergun, New Jersey and New York City. Work closely with clients on Film to Tape Transfers, Audio laydowns and laybacks, digital effects. Eventually put in charge of creating AME's Mass VHS Duplication facility downtown LA (Vermont Ave) one of the first MASS VHS duplication laboratories in the US - 2000 JVC-BR7000's strong!! AME stood for "Andy McIntyre Enterprises" or more affectionately known as "Always Moving Everything" The best job I ever had... Great People, fun times
