Worked as a Business Analyst intern for the Oil & Gas Upstream Research team. My responsibilities included analyzing the annual reports of oil and gas companies, their financial statements and other publicly available information and making production, economic and reserves updates and forecasts from the given data. I was a part of the Latin American regional team and have worked on the data of some of the major oil and gas companies in the continent- Petrobras, PetroRio, YPF and Pan American Energy among others. My role was that of a summer intern and my responsibilities included understanding the working of different departments in the organization by working as a trainee under the respective managers and engineers, and assisting them with certain simple tasks. Promac Engineering Industries deals with the fabrication of equipment for cement plants and thermal power plants on a turnkey basis. During my tenure, I worked primarily under the Project Planning & Design, Production and Quality Control departments As a part of the Project Planning & Design team, I learnt working with SolidWorks software for CAD modelling. Under the Quality Control department, I got hands-on experience performing quality control checks while assisting the QC engineers.

Worked as a summer intern under the Process, Design and Manufacturing departments of the company. Equipment Fabricators India is into the fabrication of process equipment and piping systems for pharmaceutical R&D companies, semiconductor facilities and photovoltaic cell manufacturing facilities. My role was primarily understanding the working of each department through observational study and performing simple tasks related to each department- such as interpreting process flow drawings and simple 2D CAD modelling using AutoCAD.
