I have also driven various employee engagement surveys and analyzed the reports to provide senior management with recommendations for facilitating better management of workplace issues in the center.In HR Operations & MIS, I have prepared various periodic HRMIS reports such as recruitment MIS, attrition report, monthly headcount report, employee record, vendor payments report, CPH report, and maintained & published the monthly employee master data to senior management.In Team Management, I have hired, managed & trained a team of 6-8 associates who were geographically dispersed & responsible for recruitment, employee engagement & HR operations activities. I have monitored & enhanced performance of the team and ensured deliverables are met as per set standards. I have also developed & enhanced working relationships with department heads & other key business managers.With my strong analytical and problem-solving skills, I have consistently driven business results and fostered a collaborative work culture.
