• New Supplier qualification & Audits: Driving supplier assessments to ensure suppliers have the acceptable quality standards & are compliant to statutory regulations• Setup/Improve checklists/Templates for periodic reviews on Process Files, DFx Inputs, FMEAs, Tolerance Analyses• Lead PPAP, Continuous improvements, RCA & CAPA implementation at supplier end• Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates• Align Suppliers to Exponent Energy's quality vision by constantly communicating Exponent's expectations on quality• Liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless production
