Having 11 years of direct experience in the international education industry. As MSM’s Managing Director, South Asia, I currently lead the initiatives for both MSM Global Marketing Office (GMO) and MSM Unify along with spearheading the support verticals. Formerly the Director-Client Success for MSM GMO, I managed the company’s client relationships while being responsible for the company’s global sales, client relations and services. I am highly enthusiastic and organized with a deep understanding of the international education systems, processes, and institutional needs. In my previous experience as MSM’s General Manager, responsible for running the company’s daily operations and overseeing the in-country teams for partner institutions in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Europe. Part of this role was to prime and build African and Indian Sub-continent in-country offices.Coming from retail background, I have studied and worked in areas related to sales, marketing, merchandising, and management. I have short experience of working with various retails groups like Aditya Birla and Future Group. My expertise in retail was in luxury brands and niche customer segments.
