Several course projects entailed detailed research, troubleshooting and analysis, and involved collaborating effectively with others. I have demonstrated that I can pick up new tasks quickly and efficiently while providing a high level of customer service. My successful balance of a full course load and ongoing employment in a management role proves that I am dedicated to attaining goals while delivering quality performance.
