- Support proposal with proposal schedule and cost backups Handling activities pertaining to tendering, negotiating and finalizing orders & execution of deals for smooth execution of Projects- Developing master project schedule and WBS for various product lines and accord approval from client/consultant’s project team- Develop and update resource loaded L1 to L4 project schedule on monthly basis using Primavera P6 V7- Responsible for weekly /monthly reporting of progress of Engineering, Procurement and construction KPIs based on earned value methods (EVM), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI)- Coordination with client/ consultants /Supplier / Intra-discipline for to Cost and Schedule Control- Preparation of Project Cost Report and Cost variance report using SAP-PS (Project system) Describing Line wise Budget of items, Actual Costs, ETC ( Estimate to Complete and EAC ( Estimate at Completion) on monthly/quarterly or weekly basis- To analyze and report Cost trend and profitability to management- To generate Progress Reports, Management Reports, Plotting “S” Curves using Primavera & Ms Excel /Word and updating in MIS- Trend/Productivity analysis/Gap analysis and prepare Look- Ahead schedule/ Catch-up plan Monitor and control Cash flow for project

- Detail study and understanding of project’s scope as per Contract and preparation of scope baseline.- Clear all the ambiguities related to scope of work with client at initial stage of project and attending kick-off meeting with client.- Prepare project execution strategy and develop construction methodology in consultation with Project Manager, Procurement Manager, Construction Manager & engineering discipline leads.- Developing & updating Risk register and monitor mitigation actions- Resource planning and develop Level-3 schedule using CPM technique in Microsoft Projects software defining all major activities along with interactivity relationships.- Identification of technical, commercial & geographical risks and develop risk mitigation plan.- Generate & update Progress Reports, Management Reports, engineering/procurement register, Schedule using Microsoft Project, MS Excel & MS Word and updating in MIS on monthly basis- Monitor and control Cash flow for project and follow revenue targets.- Preparation & approval of deviation statement and issue of change order internally to that effect- Gap analysis and prepare Look- Ahead schedule/ Catch-up plan- Expediting suppliers and furnishing execution priorities and as per project and organisational priority as own Workshop and supplier's workshop.- Ensuring necessary work front availability at site for construction.- Monitoring for site assembly, erection & commissioning on daily basis.

- Liaising with internal departments & external authorities such as Clients, Project Members, Consultants, Contractors and Supplier for completion of project timely and in given budget- Clearing all the ambiguities related to scope of work with client at initial stage of project and attending kick-off meeting with client.- Prepare and issue Project Charter to all concerned department with clear understanding of scope of work and schedule.- Identification of technical, commercial & geographical risks and develop risk mitigation plan.- Preparing L2 & L3 schedules in MS project and getting approval on same from client.- Develop operation and control philosophy of equipment as per client requirement.- Discuss basic design with Client/PMC and accord approval on engineering documents.- Preparation and update schedule & Progress Report periodically and submit to client for review.- Close monitoring & controlling of detail fabrication drawing issue to workshop, timely Purchase order placement & manufacturing clearance of bought out items.- Planning, expediting & trouble shooting of In-house Fabrication and Assembly as per schedule.- Arrange third party/ PMC/Client inspection and coordinate Inspection Release Note (IRN) - Arranging and actively participating review meetings with PMC/Client to discuss critical issues resulting in case of delay of project and to prepare & implement mitigation plan.- To commence Gap analysis and prepare Look- Ahead schedule/ Catch-up plan.- Preparation of Change Order for change occurred in course of execution. Submission of deviation statement to client for approval and issue of change order internally to that effect.- Monitor Site assembly, erection, testing on daily basis & done trouble shooting of technical & administrative issues.- Looking after various commercial & contractual aspects of project execution such as preparation & approval of Billing Brake-up, bank guarantees, invoicing, dispatches, insurance etc
