(APR-QPR, Report & Softex).Monthly Cash Flow preparation, F&F Preparation etc.Monthly TDS & Service Tax data for payments & Quarterly data for returns.De-Bonding and Bonding of Capital Goods & Premises under Central Excise & Customs.Renewal of Green Card, STPI LOP & Customs Ware House License.Exit compliances from STPI and Central Excise & Customs.Handling Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Indian & US Statutory Audit, FA Audit.Handling Professional Tax, Income Tax, Customs, STPI, ESIC, Municipal Corporation Assessment Cases. Handing Customs Cases and reply to show cause notices.Monthly Revenue Calculation, Billing & Booking.Intercompany Ledger, Bank, Cash, Vendor Reconciliation Statement.Member of purchase committee, finalization of Vendor/Rates bargaining as per market standards/PO’s/PR’s. Implement & check the process & policies. Overhead cost control and cost audit & implementing cost check process.Verifying and tagging FA on regular basis.Minimize cash transaction.Guidance to team related to Income Tax Planning & investment area.
