Current• Provided desktop support to on-site end-user and resolved computer hardware, software and network issues.• Provide daily support for on-site end-user for computing services, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, basic printers issue, IntelaTrac hand scanner, Honeywell hand scanner, label printer, basic installation CribMaster application, • Experienced in OS imaging processes • Maintain inventory of network hardware equipment • Configure and deploy PCs and laptops for client requests coming from remedy (ticketing system)• iMac (Installed, moved, added, and changed) computer and network hardware• Push the application from SCCM, Imaging the device and deployed
