- Total Plant maintenance, New model Launch & Tooling support.- Prepare Annual Budget of Maintenance and timely reviewing it.- Ensure safe practices are followed during startup and shut down of equipment according to OEM recommendation and production requirement.- To ensure all process equipment parameters are maintained according to turbine manufacturing process and provide technical support to internal and global PE team.- Cultivate a culture of teamwork and learning within the maintenance team, emphasizing knowledge sharing and skill development.- Innovate and implement strategies for waste reduction, contributing to environmental sustainability, Inventory management and cost savings. - Execute modernization initiatives and assume responsibility for evaluating and selecting vendors, including cost estimation and technical bid evaluations.- Installation & Commissioning of Mould, Process equipment, tooling development, Layout preparation for New wind blade project, also timely reviewing and update to management.

- Look after Maintenance of Frame shop & Paint Shop after completion of project.- Prepare & execute predictive & preventive maintenance schedule to increase machine up time- Exercise control over inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels, preventing disruptions to production processes.- Conditioning monitoring of mechanical equipment to avoid sudden break down.- Identify, coordinate & implementation of small projects in order to improve the availability and reduce cost of maintenance.- Erection & Commissioning of various mechanical equipment related to Forming, Punching, Paint Shop, Assembly line & Material handling system& Utility for Frame Shop.- Inspection of various equipment at supplier end in respect of drawing, safety & quality.- Review of project progress with all contractors & vendors in respect of cost, timeline& quality

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems, utilizing appropriate tools within established timelines.- Upkeep all the data related to Preventive & Predictive maintenance to comply with TS standard.- Awareness of 5S,TS,ISO,EMS, TPM and Maintain Monthly Report for the same.- Mechanical Maintenance of Paint robot Motoman PX2900, NX 100, Conveyor System, PT/CED Line, Pneumatic circuit etc.- Ensure implementation and review of quality management systems of TS/ISO through the involvement of employees to improve plant working conditions, performance and quality standards.- Enforce 100% compliance with safety and environmental regulations, fostering a safe and healthy work environment.

Cabin Paint Shop actually relocated from Argentina to Bhuj, Involved in this project with successfully de-stuffing from containers- To learn paint shop process for better execution of paint shop plant- Provided support to Durr Germany / Durr India for installation of paint shop plant(Paint shop of DIMILER CRYSHLER, ARGENTINA)- Actively participate in Erection and commissioning of Cabin Paint Shop as per given project time schedule.- To evaluate vendors for refurbishing of different mechanical equipments- Co ordination with all contractors like civil & turnkey equipment suppliers - Procurement of material related to projects.- Communication and finalization of all project activities with vendors and consultants- Look after Maintenance of paint shop after project completion.- Prepare & maintain PM & PDM check sheet for various process equipment of paint shop.
