Responsibilities:SOCIAL RECRUITMENT PARTNER Collaboration: Collaborate with various SOCIAL RECRUITMENT PARTNERS from across India to create partnerships, share resources, and work collectively towards common goals in line with the organization's mission.Training and Retraining: Develop and oversee training programs for different sectors, ensuring the SOCIAL RECRUITMENT PARTNER team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their missions effectively. Periodically retrain and update SOCIAL RECRUITMENT PARTNERS and other staff on relevant topics and best practices.POSH Act Train the Trainer Programs: Implement, and manage Train the Trainer programs related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act. Collaborate with training partners to ensure the quality and effectiveness of these programs.Training Program Management: Develop and execute a training schedule for the region, maximizing the number of training programs delivered. Recruit freelance trainers from various parts of India to meet training demands.Government and SOCIAL RECRUITMENT PARTNER Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with government and non-government officials to organize large-scale training workshops and seminars focused on the POSH Act. Act as a bridge between the organization and these stakeholders.Guidance and Support: Provide guidance, support, and oversight to employers, managers, and teams regarding matters related to the POSH Act. Ensure that organizations under your purview are in compliance with yearly services mandated by the Act.
