Assistant Manager
Current• Collaborating with teams of IT, Operations, Finance, etc. to deliver competitive products and services to customers• Analyzing business data to seek opportunities of growth and then creating and executing strategies to achieve the key objectives• Driving and achieving multiple success metrics by daily monitoring, utilizing the cause-effect relationship of various factors that influence those metrics and leading and guiding the team to take action towards achieving the metrics• Establishing rapport with customers, understanding their needs & perspective• Managing business development & sales; driving sales targets through existing network and new clients• Up-selling and cross-selling products and building a faithful clientele with reselling opportunities, therefore increasing products per customer and thereby increasing retention• Concluding documentation procedure for final onboarding of HNI customers• Visiting companies for making presentation of products and services• Directing BTL and sales promotional activities, managing branding and promotions and organizing promotional seminars• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback about the products and communicating it to relevant teams• Conducting market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events and tracking business news to identify ideas for growth• Working closely with internal teams and stake holders to generate ideas, identify new business prospects and to make the operational procedures more effective and efficient.
