Assistant Manager
Current- Collaborating with teams of IT, Operations, Finance, etc. to deliver competitive products and services to customers
- Analyzing business data to seek opportunities of growth and then creating and executing strategies to achieve the key objectives
- Driving and achieving multiple success metrics by daily monitoring, utilizing the cause-effect relationship of various factors that influence those metrics and leading and guiding the team to take action towards.
- Establishing rapport with customers, understanding their needs & perspective
- Managing business development & sales; driving sales targets through existing network and new clients
- Up-selling and cross-selling products and building a faithful clientele with reselling opportunities, therefore increasing products per customer and thereby increasing retention
