CurrentManaging and leading time-bound engagements with Fortune 500 companies to strategize and execute strategic-sourcing projects to deliver bottomline savings to PnL of these companies. Managing team dynamics, ensuring efficiency from the team, managing client-ready deliverables from the team and providing regular updates through Governance to the client engagement leadership. - Executing and managing phased strategic-sourcing program to deliver savings; negotiating with top suppliers and managing delivery for rest of the projects from the team as per established timelines- Opportunity Assessment to identify opportunistic projects and levers for savings within the addressable spend with the client- Delivering key updates to the leadership and managing risks - Managing team dynamics, staffing and ensuring efficiency of the team - restaffing and working with HR to resolve any team issues- Representing the company to hire new talents; run recruiting through interviews, shortlisting and manage talent within the firm - Mentoring and guiding juniors to the firm for career growth- Participating in Leadership meetings within the firm to lead initiatives for company growth, improvements in process and managing company level issues
