- Contribute to the identification and research of improvements to testing processes andtechniques.- Monitor each phase of the game development process so as to ensure design quality.- Write clear reports on findings and communicate status to the wider team.- Perform daily smoke tests, regression, verification, performance, compliance, anddeployment testing as needed to ensure stability of the build.- Verify fixes made and cooperate in production of build/ release notes.- Work closely with assigned game and tools teams to identify areas to test and constructclear and relevant test cases.- Support the development team in deeper investigation of issues reported and ofpotential fixes.- Follow priorities given by QA Manager to ensure current team wide goals are met.- Communicate feature development to the wider QA team and provide documentationwhere necessary.- Create & update documentation on processes, best practices, and tools- Contribute ideas and/or create opportunities to help the team improve the quality ofprocesses.

- To ensure that all console products meet submission requirements for Sony platform- Conducting compliance tests for Sony PlayStation console- Creating validation reports and providing documentation for detected flaws- Coordinating with the project dev team for compliance implementation.- Coordinating with QC and FTC teams about task completion and solving their immediate problems.- Communicate risks, guidelines with producer. Foresee problems and suggest safesolutions.- To prepare and implement test plans for console submissions ensuring that theproduct is produced to the highest standard- Oversee each game submission- Achieve targets set for test schedules and quality- Provide support and advice to all members of the Test Department to ensureappropriate and current levels of knowledge, including training and coaching- Keep the compliance test documents updated- Preparing full and daily reports based on the project’s requirements- Ensuring smooth running of multiple projects- Maintain up to date knowledge of technical compliance requirements- Create and maintain the documentation required to support compliance testing andtraining
