Worked as a part of the Support team for Client's Website.Provided analysis and solutions for defects, raised by the business, on the existing website.Co-ordinated with the onsite team to provide solutions to defects on a timely basis through monthly or bi-monthly releases.Helped look into Oracle Endeca issues as and when reported.Was responsible for providing solutions for Adobe Analytics defects, apart from J2EE defects, as well.Was part of knowledge transfer sessions to increase understanding of other team members as to how Adobe Analytics was integrated with the website and its general issues.

Managed 3rd Party Ads on the website using their own custom tool as part of the marketing department. Also built a Goal Based Cost Model and an Activity Based Cost Model to gain insights into the marketing spend and its returns, for the business analytics team.
