Leading the training development team for the SAP S/4HANA implementation projects for the Manufacturing, Commercial, OTC, Order Management, and STC. My Responsibilities include:- Perform TNA and curriculum design in collaboration with SMEs, client and stakeholders- Independently handle client/SME communication for filling content gaps and acquire better technical understanding -Apply various instructional design theories/best practices to develop a wide-range of courseware including WBTs, ILTs, bite-sized learning, Job-aids, Infographics, interactive PDFs and Simulations- Mentor/coach new team members, review their work to ensure high-quality deliverables-Managing the team of instructional designers and support training design/development/deployment- Gather and analyze client requirements- Leverage rapid authoring tools such as, Ancile uPerform, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and SAP Enable Now- Risk management and mitigation- Streamline work by creating project standards, styleguides, checklists and internal work plans- Support training delivery by creating training schedules and plans- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to ensure effective training delivery
