Selection of materials, corrosion testing, and material characterisation for High Temperature sensing waveguides. Optimising the process for conducting research trials. Calibration of ultrasonic temperature sensors and waveguides to sense rheological measurements. Under fluoride environments with Argon and vacuum, corrosion studies are conducted on Hastelloy C276, SS316L, and SS316H. The research trials must be carefully calibrated to ensure accuracy and precision, and must be conducted under a variety of conditions, including fluoride environments, argon, and vacuum, to analyse the corrosion properties of Hastelloy C276, SS316L, and SS316H. Most higher temperature materials are ceramics such as Hexoloy, MoSi2, Alumina, and Fused Quartz.

WELDING AND HEAT TREATMENT STUDIES OF XH-67 CAST SUPERALLOY .In this work, Tungsten Inert Gas welding (TIG) was performed to Study the Weldability and Heat Treatment Properties of XH-67 cast superalloy. The effect of temperature (ambient, 700℃, 750℃ and 800℃) and strain rate (0.001,0.01 and 0.1) on the tensile properties of XH-67 joints were investigated.

• Worked for the project named “Corrosion Resistance Behaviour of Weathering Steels in Industrial Environment.”• Studied the corrosion resistance through potentiostatic experiments such as Tafel graph analysis and weight loss method by using Sodium sulfite environment and Sulfuric acid environment.• Compared cold-rolled and annealed weathering steels in those environments.• The project results in increased corrosion in lower moles and decreases in the further increasing moles in the sodium sulfite environment.• Responsible protective coating (Patina) is produced in the first corrosion, and corrosion rate increases in sulfuric acids.
