Developed a mobile application for detecting cracks or faults of civil assets of Northumbrian Water Ltd. on Microsoft Power Apps platform, integrating it with Microsoft Custom vision and Microsoft SharePoint database.Trained the classification model using real world images of cracked surfaces and fine-tuned the model to achieve over 95% accuracy.Deployed the model on client’s Azure cloud platform and connected it to the front-end mobile interface of Power Apps platform using built in endpoints.Connected the application to database for storing and retrieving predicted values and history.

Projects Involved: Project #1 Summary:HTRIMS- Hyderabad Traffic Integrated Management System : A government project aimed to improve the traffic scenario of Hyderabad by adapting state-of- the art technology available. Responsibilities handled: Worked as an advisory group member for the project, analysing the requirements of new traffic signals by inspecting locations and making feasibility reports for the clients.Managing the project in Operation & Maintenance phase by suggesting the Cost breakups based on the present day cost estimates.Organize meetings for Planning, coordinating and scheduling tasks to the team. Distributing responsibilities and ensuring that deadlines are met.Project #2 Summary:Online DPMS at HMDA and DTCP: Project for making the building permission application available online to public. Responsibilities handled:Worked as an technical advisory member for the application development and testing.Created a User manual for the application in HMDA for guiding applicants throughout the application process, written in a simple user appealing fonts and design.Lead a team for DTCP, to assure the technical support is being implemented in the entire Telangana state and provided training sessions to the clients.
