• Developing of HR plans and procedures in conjunction with the company’s overall development plan.• Responsible for implementing the organization policies uniformly throughout the organization. • Handling the organization recruitment process.• Handling the induction and orientation of the newly joined employees • Identifying the employee training needs and conducting onsite and offsite training programs • Analyzing the project performance and taking control over the controlling the bottle necks and cost effective measures where ever and whenever required.• Bridging the gap between the employer and employees with techno mangerial skills• Coaching the staff about the Performance Management process and implementing in coordination with the line managers.• Maintaining the organization MIS data and employee data up to date. • Handling the employee queries, grievance’s as per the company norms• Execution of employee payroll every month in ERP.• Maintaining good internal communication with the employees and encouraging teams. • Co-ordinate and facilitate the change process as per the policy.• Organizing HR meets and organization development programs for every 3 months.
