My responsibilities include comprehensive product management of lead generation products such as Connect to Sales, Referral Programs, and Affiliate Marketing Experience Pages. I also oversee the full business ownership of response channel management tools like Invoca and Calendly, as well as the marketing automation tool Marketo and its various third-party integrations for lead generation, routing, and transfer. Product Ownership: Led the product management of "Connect to Sales," Employee, and Merchant Referral Programs, achieving $12M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) with a 20% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over three years. Agile Practices: Transitioned from ad hoc campaigns to automated marketing workflows using agile methodologies, driving $21.7M in upsell and cross-sell revenue across multiple business units. Data-Driven Decision Making: Designed and managed digital lead dashboards in Sigma and Power BI, integrating data from Salesforce, Heap, and Google Analytics to monitor KPIs, optimize campaign quality, and improve sales team performance. A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conducted A/B testing for "Connect to Sales" and other user experiences, leveraging insights to iterate and enhance outcomes.
