Vulnerability checking on any server using the VMS tool● Create an incident or RITM related to health check and assign it to the concerned team.● Responsible for checking and maintaining compliance with security tools and security policies. Aware of the Firemon tool.

•Responsible for changing the Network Traffic Path in case of Primary Link Failures.•This includes troubleshooting and deploying LAN and WAN devices like routers, switches, and firewalls (SonicWall, ASA), Unify AP & Controller, Cisco Meraki, and Also implementing the network changes.•Managing security configuration and allowed access using firewall and coordinating with InfoSec team•Monitoring ISP links and device interfaces through PRTG monitoring tool and handling traffic management through PRTG.Coordinating with ISP if any issue occurs. Coordinating with vendors for incidents.

● Coordinate with vendors, clients, and providers to achieve maximum operation output.● Keep under the observation of various network devices in the production data centre.● Monitoring the network links and devices through OP manager & do troubleshooting Related (LAN/WAN), Routing/Switching issues.● Trouble ticket generation and assigned to the concerned team.● Making documents (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for clients and management as per requirement.
