As a former auditor at Dayananda Samarawickrama & Company, I have been passionate about organizations' reporting systems and regulatory requirements. In my role as an auditor, I used to analyze and review financial reporting of various organization types including sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies, and associations.I'm currently holding the position as an Accountant and Tax Supervisor at CSP Management Services (Pvt) Ltd which provides audit assurance services, taxation services, secretarial services and other business related services to various group of local as well as foreign clients. In addition to my primary role in the organization, I'm also engaging in several accounting and taxation assignments to ensure that sufficient knowledge is being maintained in order to enhance my career path.In December 2022, I have officially graduated in Bachelor of Business Administration (Hounours) in Accounting with a Second Class (Upper Division) from the Faculty of Management & Finance, University of Colombo. With the areas of study, I have specialized in financial reporting, management accounting, external auditing and taxation.I'm currently following the Strategic Level at Chartered Accountancy from the Institue of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL). In September 2017, I won the prize for the "Financial Reporting and Fundamental" subject and the second in order of merit prize for the "Executive Level 01" examination.With these qualifications, I possess necessary professional skills such as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation, Business Management, Auditing as well as some aspects of Corporate law as well. Additionally, I possess information technology skills such as data entering, data filtering, data analysing and data interpretation using the softwares like Advanced Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, ERP systems and other softwares that can be used ad-hoc basis.
