With a foundation in Physics and ICT from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, I apply a methodical approach to problem-solving and service delivery.My recent transition to managing the ITSD team at HCL Technologies before joining Munich Re sharpened my leadership skills and deepened my technical expertise. The goal is always clear: ensure seamless IT support and drive continuous improvement in service management processes.I'm a 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗖𝗧👨‍🎓 from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. I have also completed the 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 (𝗔𝗭 - ９００) , Azure 104, Azure 500 and I'm working on few other certifications currently to expand my skill sets.I'm experienced in Windows 10 troubleshooting and Hardware troubleshooting since my current role reflects more on Windows 10 troubleshooting and assisting the users. I have also followed and studied Programming languages, including 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻, 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖++.👨‍💻As I have stated above, I'm always adding new skills to my professional range and currently I'm working on certain certifications which are relating to 𝗠𝘆𝗦𝗤𝗟, 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀(𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 (𝗗𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗞𝘂𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗚𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝘂𝗯 𝗲𝘁𝗰)My abilities to identify issues and troubleshoot quickly, 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 and implement resolutions lead to greater customer satisfaction. I have been rewarded as a top performer on Customer satisfaction surveys continuously as a result of this.I do have pretty good 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 since my current role demands being above par in communicating with Users/ Clients. I think being able to communicate with people provides me an edge and confidence in my abilities.When I'm not working, I really enjoy spending time playing Cricket and watching Cricket 🏏and certain other sports which helps me keep my mind relaxed and focused.
