Key Responsibilities:•Responsible for managing the existing customer base & key accounts of export customers by providing back-office administrative support to the sales & marketing team.•New export customer development related to the Indian Sub Continent. •Planning & coordination with the operation team to utilize the allocated vessel space to get the maximum container volume.•Create the rate file agreements (RFA) after identifying the customer requirement and providing the best solution.•Ontime issuing of release orders, and other required documents (Fumigation certificate, BL etc)•Precise route and vessel allocation related to the containers.•Increase the container sales volume (TEU) of export customers by providing exceptional customer service.•Debtors clearance of export customers.

Key Responsibilities:• Resolving customer inquiries by giving appropriate solutions/alternatives.• Handling customer inquiries in an effective & timely manner.• Achieving daily call targets with maintaining the customer's satisfaction level.
