I am an experienced professional currently working as an Operations Lead at Zouk. With a strong background in warehouse management and supply chain operations, I have successfully led teams and implemented strategies to optimize processes and drive efficiency.In my current role, I oversee the operations of warehouses and supply chain including Quality Team, Returns Team. I manage a team of 2 Leads, 6 Supervisors, and 60 associates, ensuring smooth end-to-end warehouse operations. I have a proven track record in managing complex capacity expansion projects and implementing process optimization programs in inventory and supply chain management.To maintain high operational standards, I conduct regular 4M and 5S audits on a weekly basis. Additionally, I prioritize inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and drive daily performance management of team members. This experience involved managing a team of approximately 50 associates and working closely with six team leads. I successfully handled inventory for a wide range of products, including food, non-food, chilled/frozen items, audio, wearables, and mobile phones.
