-Research and respond to Medical Information related enquiries received via phone, email or mail-Develop, maintain, and/or review medical information materials including standard response documents, FAQs, formulary dossiers, SOPs, and slide decks in support of customer and business needs-Perform literature searches-Assist in the development and execution of key departmental metrics-Lead the operational development of the Medical Information team, including mentoring, training and triaging of work-Oversee response content quality by conducting weekly audits of content, monitoring for accuracy and proper referencing-Assist in updating training documents (e.g. Veeva Vault, Salesforce Medical Information Cloud, and other interfaces) as needed-Act as the project liaison between Medical Information and other departments (e.g., Publications, PV, QA, Market Access, etc...) for collaborative, cross-functional activities-Identify and collect appropriate information for AE/product complaints report submission to Pharmacovigilance/Quality Operations as required-Attend relevant Medical Affairs conferences and complete relevant DIA online training/programs to enhance training proficiency in daily Medical Information functions-Maintain a working knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements as it relates to Medical Information in the biopharmaceutical industry -Execute additional tasks to meet departmental project-related or developmental/change objectives-Provide accurate and timely Medical Information responses to consumers, internal partners, health care professionals, and other members of the public-Develop a strong clinical understanding of Greenwich products and their associated disease states

- Responsible for the receipt and documentation of incoming phone calls, emails, faxes and mediclly related correspondence from external and internal customers.- Efficiently triage all incoming inquiries, determine priority and escalate complex medical inquiries appropriately to therapeutic teams or management.- Exhibit broad knowledge of assigned therapeutic area and a solid understanding of pertinent disease state(s). - Provide written or verbal responses to customers requesting information regarding the company's marketed and/or investigational pharmaceutical products.- Create and maintain Medical Information documents by ensuring that responses are medically and scientifically accurate, timely, balanced, and meet customer’s needs. - Recognize and obtain pertinent data and document reported adverse events and product quality complaints following departmental procedures.- Participate in periodic weekly schedule of 24-hour emergency medical information phone coverage. - Demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize assigned workload and to employ efficient time management strategies when performing medical information activities.

- Successfully display clinical knowledge to implement the optimal medication regimen for patients by identifying potentially harmful medication issues, optimizing medication usage, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.- Demonstrate ability to effectively and efficiently discuss clinical information regarding medications from all sources (prescription, over-the-counter, herbal, etc.) in patient-friendly language - Display sound working knowledge of Medicare Part D MTM- Display congenial personality, warm telephone manner- Practice excellent customer service skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with patients over the phone and to interact in a friendly, professional manner with a wide range of patients, operations staff, and external professionals- Quickly adapt to new computer programs (MPro, SFax, Pingtone, Alexia) and new insurance case programs on a weekly basis
