Life Transition Coach: I offer life transition coaching with a holistic head, heart, and body-centered approach to help people navigate through times of change, be in more alignment with themselves, and avoid burnout.Ritual Designer: I support people to design and facilitate custom rituals for life transitions.Hair Sparkler: I put sparkles or fairy hair in people's hair to add more shine to their world!I am a white non-binary, queer human doing my own work and supporting others in doing theirs to move towards a more just and equitable world.I spent 11 years in tech- 7 years in engineering and 4 in HR Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. My experiences connecting with people in engineering, learning mindfulness, and being coached helped me to find my passions leading global inclusion initiatives, teaching mindfulness, and becoming a certified coach myself.
