About Corrin Coker
Chiropractors have seen massive change as the Federal Government continues to pull the industry under the "medical umbrella". There has been more change and policy implemented in our corner of healthcare in the past four years than ever before - and not all of it has had a positive impact on the profession. Many practices and practitioners are faced with increased audits and decreased profits, frustrated staff and longer hours with less patient share. There is so much confusion and little guidance and there seems to be no end in sight.I have developed a business strategy that encompasses billing, coding, documentation, and compliance with the EHR systems we now all have in our office. Learn to find solutions that integrate your software and streamline your daily tasks and processes while becoming more compliant. It is possible!I have mastered billing, coding, account and staff management and would be honored to pass on what I have learned. I have also learned through trial by fire the most efficient way to integrate electronic chart noting and practice management into an otherwise paper practice. Some practices have been using EHR/EPM software for years but never properly integrated it costing thousands in potential revenue streams and creating "work around" protocol that leaves you at risk for audit or worse; inefficient use of staff time and resources. It all equals income loss to you and your practice.I am ready to help you develop The Wellness Model - an all in one practice solution that will help you with the problems of today to be proactive and prepared tomorrow.ChiroPractical Billing & Implementation Services, LLCSharp Healthcare Solutions for Today's Profitable Practice

Office/Billing Manager
I started as a young 14 year old, my responsibilities were filing and copying records for other doctors and attorneys.I had no idea that it was the beginning of a career that would become a passion I carry on today. I am proud to say that I have had a huge hand in running my dad's successful clinic for the past several years accomplishing the following:- Helped implement four different computer systems from 1996 to current bringing us up to date with electronic medical records, billing, and office management- Successfully completed phase one of the HighTec Act and the Federal Attestation Program resulting in payouts to the clinic for reimbursement of software of computers- Designed procedure to start the process of becoming a paper free office saving an estimated $10k per year in staff time, paper, and toner by scanning insurance and patient correspondence into an electronic patient file- Maintain an average 105% monthly collection percentage- Trained over 17 employees in five years- Overcame significant billing issues with Medicare and major contracted insurance groups resulting in thousands of payouts instead of potential write offsThe work I have done here will always be some of my greatest accomplishments.
Contract Loan Processor
When I first began On The Money I had a surplus of manufactured home loans. I missed being able to sit face to face with the prospective buyer and the ability to build a face to face relationship. My business partner and I began to seek an alternative way to build our business. We eventually landed our office inside a Century21 real estate office. This was a loan officer/processor's dream come true. Despite the fact that the area of Portland that we were in was a haven for endless sub-par loans we were once again in a position of having more buyers than we had financing for.During this time I also began learning about structuring and financing business loans. Small businesses to large corporations, vineyards to funds for a start-up vodka business. I began to be a part of helping structure funds and secure opportunities to help people who had business endeavors that fell outside of the normal lending parameters. I was a part of overcoming obstacles such as ensuring that a loan could be serviced despite the fact that the end product was far from completion.I met some of the most respected businessmen of today through this experience and got a taste for what it takes to be successful.
Loan Officer/Loan Funding/Account Executive
Through the craziness that 9/11 took us through I started as a Loan Officer's assistant in 1999 and quickly moved up through the ranks from processor to loan officer. As the company merged with a California based brokerage I took on the funding position learning about the sale and trade of mortgages. After learning to package and sell the properties I was promoted to a position as an account executive, taking all that I had learned in a few short years and applying it as a whole to present to other brokerages. From meeting financial institutions demands for closing a loan to learning how and why the interest rates varied and how to structure loans to make money for myself and allow people to experience home ownership I truly experienced this industry from the inside out. From the first company I began learning at until I started my own company I was employed at six different brokerages in just four short years. I was a part of two different smaller brokerages being encompassed by larger brokerages and lost my vacation benefits a total of five times due to infrastructure changes! It was time for me to go out on my own...
Manufactured Home Division
Through the years of learning there was a short period in which I became a part of Clear Choice Mortgage and was introduced to the world of manufactured/modular housing and the challenges of financing.I ran the processing and eventually took over in management of this division. Due to the lack of resources and funding for this niche of lending we were extremely successful in obtaining an endless line of interested buyers, dealers, and developers in Texas, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Montana. It was after realizing that the investors who ran Clear Choice (aka my employers) did not understand the financing process and closing process for a manufactured home that I decided to start my own business. I knew I had made the right decision when I was notified the day after leaving that the IRS had locked the doors to the brokerage for their failure to pay income taxes!
