• According to clients’ current IT framework and operation situation, provide clients with end to end enterprise service solutions to meet their needs on strategic direction, business and technology. Make sure that the.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support by responding to customer requests for technical support via phone, email and remote support tools; provide resolutions within pre-defined SLA timeframes
• Follow call logging and escalation process and procedures
• Perform problem analysis and isolate problems with varying degrees of complexity
• Support & maintain managed services platform
• Participate in creating technical documents for Company records and for clients; contribute to ongoing procedure development and documentation, and expanding knowledge base

• Works as part of a cross-functional team to conduct proactive monitoring, remote diagnostic investigation and tier 1 maintenance activities
• Monitor alerts, create incident tickets, and triage issues as directed
• Escalate trouble tickets according to Cloud Operations standard operating procedures and provide support to other technicians/engineers as directed
• Provides operations support by answering inbound calls/emails from a wide variety of client organizations and external groups and perform the necessary support required to resolve issues
• Provide support during large scale outages and disaster recovery efforts
