Current• Administrative & Technical controller of ZNS green field projects for production of Copper ore, Manganese and gemstone by Open pit mining• Implementing provisions of Mines Act, Regulations, Rules and Orders made there under.• Implementing cost control methods and thereby bringing down cost of production.• Procurement of machinery, and spares. Negotiating prices with suppliers / vendors.• Optimium utilization of machinery & and human resources to achieve targeted production with increased revenue generation.• Optimize blasting parameters , to improve yield and improve powder factor.• Improving environmental conditions at the face by proper planning of ventilation requirement.• Maintaining high safety standards there by achieving Zero Accident Potential. •Planning of future developmental activities and achieving targets & bringing down cost of production.
