Current• Leading and directing all activities related to the Healing School project in the Ministry Center, ensuring project objectives are met and stakeholders are aligned.• Planning, executing, and controlling projects and strategic initiatives for the Healing School, ensuring timely implementation and oversight of project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and communication.• Monitoring and controlling project progress towards monthly and annual targets for the Healing… Show more • Leading and directing all activities related to the Healing School project in the Ministry Center, ensuring project objectives are met and stakeholders are aligned.• Planning, executing, and controlling projects and strategic initiatives for the Healing School, ensuring timely implementation and oversight of project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and communication.• Monitoring and controlling project progress towards monthly and annual targets for the Healing School, analyzing project performance, identifying variances, and recommending appropriate corrective actions to increase project income and remittance.• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, partners, vendors, and customers, to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.• Building and maintaining positive relationships with brethren and partners to promote partnership remittances, and using effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.• Coordinating with the Lagos department for payments to Lagos HQ, strategic projects, and updates on performance and new initiatives in the department, following project governance, policies, and procedures.• Identifying and evaluating new project possibilities, performing feasibility studies, developing business cases, and presenting recommendations to project sponsors for approval.• Representing the Ministry Center at relevant meetings and events, communicating project status, achievements, and challenges, and seeking feedback and support from stakeholders.
