In this position I was the head of the girl’s program, overseeing the development and expansion of the girl’s curriculum in soccer, academics, and character development. My roles and responsibilities included;• Developing programs and curriculum for the academy. I championed and developed a girl’s specific life skills curriculum covering covers topics such as self-esteem, economic empowerment, sexual reproductive health, and gender-based violence with the aim of equipping the girls to be leaders and role models that will bring change in their communities. The curriculum is used to in both Malawi and the Ascent program in Uganda.• Seeking partnerships, developing partnerships, and maintaining relationships with organizations working with adolescent girls and young women and facilitating collaborations.

In this position I was the lead in monitoring and evaluation for several interventions looking to achieve the UNAIDS 95-95-95 goals. My roles and responsibilities included;• Developing monitoring and evaluation systems for programs; This included developing data flow plans, logical frameworks, and data collection tools.• Conducting quarterly data quality audits to ensure data validity and reliability. This involved training and mentoring staff and government partners on data management and reporting.• Routine reporting, data analysis using Excel and producing visualizations and interactive dashboards to assess program performance for decision making.

In this role I served as the data management focal person for DFID, WFP and USAID funded humanitarian and resilience building projects responding to the 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 Food Insecurity Crisis in Malawi. My roles and responsibilities included;• Conducting project studies and evaluations to assess the achievement of project outputs and outcomes. I developed study protocols, coordinated qualitative and quantitative data collection, and conducted data analysis.• Documenting best practices and lessons learnt as well as writing success stories. I prepared progress reports and presentations shared with various stakeholders including government partners.

In this role, I worked in the Investment Services, Trade and Research and Planning departments. My roles and responsibilities included;• Managing critical relationships with local and foreign investors and government stakeholders.• Appraising prospective project proposals from both local and foreign investors. • Conducting desk research and information management. Analysed data for the compilation of the 2015/2016 MITC annual report.
