Current• Enforcing strict adherence to the organization's IT policies, procedures, and relevant regulations has enabled SMC to achieve a notable cost reduction of approximately 10% through effective expenditure management.• Ensuring all system developments, upgrades, and process improvements adhere to Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. An average of 3 large-scale new IT projects have been effectively managed each year.• Creating periodic reports and analyzing sales data for 100+ products across various dimensions such as county-wide outlet coverage, effective calls, year-on-year comparisons, trend identification, and valuable insights which facilitated decision-making for management and stakeholders, resulting in a remarkable revenue increase of approximately 15% for SMC within a year.• Contributing to the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, network & hardware to meet the organization's requirements. This entails close collaboration with in-house development teams and more than 40 external partners (Ex. Grameenphone, Robi Axiata, Eitekh, Computer Ease, Prime Tech Solutions, Fair Electronics, Ryans Computers, Aamra Networks etc.• Handling Purchase Requisition (PR), Request for Proposals (RFP), Tenders, Technical Evaluations, Task Orders (TO), Change Requests (CR), and Service-Level Agreement (SLA) with partners, ensuring alignment with the company's interests.• As a Core Team Member (CTM) within the Project Management Office (PMO), actively involved in SMC`s business operation transformation through the deployment of SAP S/4HANA. Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and integration of HCM, SD, MM, and FICO modules.• Oversee Web Hosting and Domain services in collaboration with partner providers. Conversant in Microsoft 365, G Suite/Google Workspace, and well-versed in major cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, with extensive experience in managing their services and pricing models.
