• Manage HR departments (payroll,benefits & recruiting) for 130+ employee company• Approve leaves of absence, reimbursement and workers' compensation requests • Regularly update employee handbook with changes to background check requirements, on boarding and benefit packages• Has overall responsibility for the successful integration and development of YFL employees.• Works closely with mangers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.• Determines training needs and requirements for an organization.• Engages, assesses and manages 3rd party training vendors for suitability and ROI.• Assists department heads in the recruitment, on boarding and induction of all new starters.• Create and develop a YFL/Yoma group induction program for all new employees.• Develop an internal resource to ‘train the trainer’ to support specific business requirements.• Liase with Group HR to ensure in-house training is fully utilized and feedback given on training suitability.• Act as an independent mediator to support staff and department heads in any disciplinary/performance issues.• Create and manage a training knowledge base available to all Yoma Staff, bi-lingual where necessary.• Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date.• Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, group sessions, training videos etc.• Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.• Liaising with municipality, economic department and any other government departments in relation to Trade License/ setting up of new office etc.• Managing and responding to enquires on visa / labour / passport matters.• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office leases.
