Managing Inventory by Auditing and ensuring stock count of each category. • Conducting team huddle on day to day issues and store operational activities. • Supervising productive working hours of the store staff, reaching time and leaving time. • Collaborating with Management for providing timely sales analytics including weekly & Monthly analysis. • Achieving set Sales target and profit targets. • Addressing & resolving internal grievances for smooth functioning of stores. • Adhering and implementing all the operating standards on shop floor, thereby maximizing sales. • Driving P&L by maintaining set margins target and Category & Brand Mix. • Coordinating with the central departments like marketing, hr, training, maintenance, and supply chain. • Organising trainings to develop Store Staff and Managers to build and enhance their capabilities. • Reviewing End of Life Products and tracking the sales to have control on Margin.

Generate sales for assigned category, Price change implementation, Ensure outstanding customer service, Planning for Monthly and yearly budget. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements. Merchandising and Display maintenance.Resolving customer complaints.
