My team designed, delivered, and managed the largest AI/ML in a CSP ever. Catering to petabytes scale volumes of over 8 Bn transactions per day), and millisecond latencies with integrations over Open APIs to BSS and OSS Systems. We collaborated with the client's senior leadership, OEMs, System Integrators, and operations management teams to strategize the technology roadmap & enterprise architecture to successfully beat a new competitor, while transforming operations management and CX.
