 Performed an array of tasks with product support, purchasing, and suppliers involving wire-harness design, testing, and development directives.  Designed wire harness layouts to allow optimal testing methods to diagnose faults, identify root cause failure, and implement corrective actions to meet quality assurance protocols. Developed quality compliant manufacturing processes to optimize ease of assembly, improve work efficiencies, and reduce costs. Created low and high voltage testing procedures for wire-harnesses using Cirrus test equipment to fill procedural gaps with prior inefficient methods, improve quality, and reduce potential warranty. Generated bill of materials and wire cut lists from customer supplied drawings and specifications to ensure adequate amount of supplies to fill wire-harness orders and RFQ’s.
