CLASS TEACHER:• Enforce personal hygiene, social skills and basic etiquette manners. • Communicate necessary information regularly to students, subject teachers and parents regarding student progress and individual needs.• Maintain LAP Cycle of the students.• Prepare Baseline checklist for new admission students based on their performance in various areas of academics and behavioural aspects. Coordinate and follow up with the subject teachers, identify issues, if any and give referral to the Special Educator after discussing with the Line Manager for further intervention.• Identify children showing signs of emotional, developmental or health-related problems, and discuss with the Line Manager and parents.• Identify and encourage new talents.• Conduct digital daily news.SUBJECT TEACHER:• Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to children. • Include tasks and resources in the lessons thus catering to the different learning styles of the students based on their CAT4 Profiles and ASSET scores.• Include challenging tasks in the lessons to cater to the G & T students.HEAD OF DEPARTMENT:• Conduct weekly curriculum meetings to follow up the status of work completed/pending portions during the week and advise further course of actions, plan activities for the upcoming weeks.• Introduce new strategies and train teachers to implement them in the daily teaching / learning process.• Observation of lessons of the team members (1 informed and 1 uninformed per teacher on a monthly basis) and record the report. Provide feedback to the teachers. Applaud them for the best practices and give recommendations for improvements in the areas required.• Providing orientation to the team members and guiding them to employ the latest innovative techniques of teaching methods, especially while conducting online lessons during the pandemic.
