• Participate in the preparation of the month end close• Participate in month end close procedure• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual declarations for Indirect taxes• Participate in the interim, hard close and final audit• Be circumspect and observe the fixed deadlines for tax and contribution payments• Justify the balances of the accounts you are responsible for • Communication and cooperation with Tax, local authorities and General Department• End to End accounting for scope entities• Solve ad-hoc accounting issues in tax scope and other • Participate in improvement projects relating to the field• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, BSC standards and SLAs• Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks with team • Maximize effectiveness and efficiency of process area• Examine operational policies and make informed recommendations for improvement• Perform other duties as requested by Team Lead & Business

• Checking Bank Reconciliation Statement- Make sure the balances are correct and highlight to General accounting team for any corrections.• Checking Books of Accounts - All transactions are checked thoroughly to be adhere to accounting policy.• Preparing Costing Statement - Reporting to management the estimated profit (Income - Expenses).• Preparing for Finalization of Accounts - Participate in preparing Balance sheet and Audit reports• Payroll (Incl. Submitting ECR, PT Return, uploading Challan for ESI & PF for Existing employees)

• Maintaining Books of accounts- Accounts Payables, Accounts receivables, Accruals during close of year, Recording day to day transactions.• Preparing Reconciliation Statement- Vendor reconciliation, Customer reconciliation, Bank reconciliation.• Preparing Cash Flow Statement - Preparation of statement on ad-hoc basis.• Preparing Salary Statement, maintaining petty cash.
