Executive– Human Resource (5th April 2012 – Till Date)Manpower Planning and recruitment: Recruitment through multiple talent acquisition strategies across multiple geographies and across levels. Role also includes Talent Acquisition, Pre-Boarding and On-Boarding, employee Induction, Employee relations, Trainning and development Reports, Technical Training allotments and Reports Management.Pre-Boarding and On-boarding: Handling employee database(HRMS), leave, on-duty, efforts and utlisation tracking.  Preparation of offer letters, appoinment letters, confirmation letters, Sharing KRA's with new joinees for a successful start off. Co-ordinating for payroll.Employee Engagement and relations: Redressing Grievance and escalation handling helps to understand the pain area of the employee in process and providing feasible solution related to the problem. Attrition rate calculation and data analysis.Training and development: Devising the Monthly BU(induction) program for all new entrants across levels. Co-ordinating with the Heads for a standard presentation of Product and process training. Documentation of Training and development modules.Personnel doc:. Involved in MIPFV assessment. Involved in devising and follow-up of PMS for entire business vertical. Representing the organisation to BOAT for materialising the SIP and submitting the required documents for the engagement of Technicians under the apprenticeship ACT.Employee Seperation: Employees Exit formality and documentation. Co-ordination with employees for the company belongings handover and if any other dues.Taking feedback of resigned employees and alarming key heads.
