Given that our growth was organic, primarily driven by reference and word of mouth, we had to change gears to practice what we preach to our Clients to gain better visibility and engagement. 2 years into the role and with CoVid helping us by many brands shifting the focus on Digital and OmniChannel Customer Journey we had to quickly adapt to this new age needs. We realigned our infra to support Work from Home as a long term plan and we can claim to have a pan India presence :). A complete CX integration for Sales and After Sales solution for New age EV brand like TVS iQube and traditional brand like Roca Sanitaryware made our vision towards Crafting a Brands Customer Journey more complete. Similarly building a complete Discoverability to Lab Information Management System along with Customer and Phlebotomist app for NuMed an upcoming diagnostic lab chain or building an Kiosk application for GoColors to improve their omni-channel experience is all helping to continue this journey with much more enthusiasm.

Head Of Operations

With my interest in being part of building Solution to enhance a Brands CX and having built a strong MarTech team of over 100 people, it was important for me to steer the execution and this is the stage where our work touched every aspect of a Customer Journey for many brands. Improving Employee Experience through solutions for e-learning, Supply Chain Management Solutions, WorkFlow Engines on company Intranet portals for Brands like TVS, Murugappa Group, GB Foods, ITC Foods etc, gave the edge to understand the internal process in many companies and eventually helping us fine tune our offerings to improve a brands CX from an overall perspective. Direct revenue generating solutions through Auction Portals, E-commerce Portals and Performance marketing became one of the key focus areas and helped improve revenue/sales funnel for brands like Indian Terrain, Delhi International Airport, Shiv Nadar University, TVS Apache,Mahindra First Choice, RmKV Silks, etc,to name a few. During this tenure is when we transformed from ePagemaker to Newgen DigitalWorks opening the door for many International projects as well.

Martech Head

Another transformational period with digital slowly becoming a key channel during marketing plans for Brands. The advent of Social Media Platforms like Orkut and FB along with Search Engine and digital ads becoming the key discoverability channels for Brands, set us building a strong Creative and Media team. During this time I had the opportunity to work for various verticals like setting up and scaling the social community for a vibrant brand like Cafe Coffee Day - with one of the first few brands to get over million followers digitally. Having started to work with Brands like TVS and GMR across their product and service offerings - one of the interesting projects was to have built an 360 degree interactive portal for TVS Scooty and building Employee Intranet portal connecting employees from over many companies of the GMR group. Our tech stacks aiding the marketing activities like building a common CMS platform for Coats Crafts to manage close to around 60 different country websites in multiple languages, or Integrating the campaigns done for LifeCell with their CallCenter, CRM and their Microsoft Axapta ERP were all examples of strengthening our MarTech Division.

Tech Associate

These were the formative years of ePagemaker which is now known as Newgen DigitalWorks. This was also that time when digital started to boom. My role during this period involved building a tech team and infrastructure to learn, research and implement projects using the latest tech stacks then. With the Internet just booming and challenges any start up faces, this was one of those interesting phases in my career. The projects we had worked on included a wide variety of projects ranging from corporate and product catalog websites for different companies under the Murugappa Group like Parryware, Cholamandalam etc, to building a Dealer Management System for Hindustan Motors and building loyalty programs for Mitsubishi. This set the strong base of our technical strength that we have today as we built capabilities across both open source and established platforms.
