CurrentGiven that our growth was organic, primarily driven by reference and word of mouth, we had to change gears to practice what we preach to our Clients to gain better visibility and engagement. 2 years into the role and with CoVid helping us by many brands shifting the focus on Digital and OmniChannel Customer Journey we had to quickly adapt to this new age needs. We realigned our infra to support Work from Home as a long term plan and we can claim to have a pan India presence :). A complete CX integration for Sales and After Sales solution for New age EV brand like TVS iQube and traditional brand like Roca Sanitaryware made our vision towards Crafting a Brands Customer Journey more complete. Similarly building a complete Discoverability to Lab Information Management System along with Customer and Phlebotomist app for NuMed an upcoming diagnostic lab chain or building an Kiosk application for GoColors to improve their omni-channel experience is all helping to continue this journey with much more enthusiasm.
