Hello, my name is Chen Chiting. I graduated from the Department of Business Administration of National Taiwan University; not only am I proficient in general management studies, I also specialize in human resources and marketing modules.Outside of the school curriculum, I actively participated in various activities, such as the planning and organization of departmental sports clubs, camps, and events. I took on multiple roles in administration and human resources activities. I led teams in promoting peer interaction and cooperation of which were hugely beneficial. The acquired ability and accumulated experience of planning, teamwork, and leadership have enabled me to weave people connections in the process, easing my school projects in and out.In 2019, I participated in an internship program at New Symbol Industry Co., Ltd. The company specializes in the design and manufacturing of aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloy die-casting molds. Through a large number of practical operations, we have an in-depth understanding of the management and operation of a traditional manufacturing industry so that the theories learned in the classroom can be sublimated and applied to actual business operations.Upon graduation, I found an opportunity to further enrich myself and accepted a job as an acting lunch secretary at Ruiping Elementary School in New Taipei City. My job is to maintain the lunch operation spanning two months time, content including the planning, management, and meal preparation for lunch are carried out by the school’s kitchen and the organic farm facility personnel. Ever since I was little, I have never feared interacting with others as they are known to provide beneficial learning experiences. Amidst the group, I am willing to undertake the leadership, and more than willing to take on responsibility and make contributions to the team. I believe, regardless of what we do, every duty requires a humble heart and endless enthusiasm for learning. Faced with the various issues in front of me, I am willing to humbly explore, absorb the essence when observing and executing, as well as deepen my knowledge and broaden my horizon. Every progress, whether right or wrong, is an indispensable stepping stone for my future growth and development. No matter how hard and complicated the work is, I only seek to do my best to bring positive and substantial benefits to the organization.
