As a Talent Acquisition Intern, I assisted in the recruitment process for 2 months, gaining hands-on experience in:- Sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, and referrals- Coordinating interviews and logistics- Managing candidate documentation and communication- Supporting the onboarding process for new hiresI developed skills in recruitment, communication, and organization, and gained insight into the full recruitment lifecycle. I worked closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify top talent and contributed to building a strong pipeline of candidates.
