Responsible for migration of the banking processes followed in the UK .Scope of Work / Responsibilities:1. Provide high quality, effective training to the teams allocated to me so that they are able to accurately & speedily action the items pertaining to the processes that were migrated to India.2. Ensure on-time release of trained PEs to the floor and also ensure process migrations are implemented in accordance with the migration plans.3. Adhere to the set targets as per the training plan, review performance of the PEs as per the learning curve and provide feedback.4. Leading, guiding, mentoring and managing the team and helping the new hires come up the learning curve.5. Conducting Refresher trainings from time to time based on quality audits and feedback6. Communicate & explain all procedural updates to the entire team as & when received & ensure that the same are strictly followed by the team.7. Provide support & guidance to the Assistant Manager (Operations) & Manager (Operations) in the application of new systems & processes. Assist the AM with the routings made to the supervisory queue on a routine basis.8. Co-ordinate with the AM/MO to plan & schedule cross-trainings.9. Generate weekly training progress reports regarding the weekly performance data & other related issues to keep the AM/MO updated.
