My strength is my organizational skills of more than 25 years in the field of consultancy, training, manufacturing, and insurance. Having handled over 7,000 employees from various manufacturing sites in a Human Resource role has given me the confidence to face various challenges and changes. I am passionate about training, counseling, and coaching which helps me understand the needs of employers and employees in order to facilitate change in work behaviors and practices. With a special interest and passion in developing children and youth, I have designed and conducted various Self Awareness programs, which instil values, self-respect, and discovery of inner intelligence. This self-knowledge is essential for future generations who are faced with various challenges and influences.
