• Manage Syndicated large Client accounts• Develop and manage key account plans for assigned accounts.• Manage all contractual requirements and align as per company’s internal operations and capabilities.• Maintain thorough understanding of the clients’ end use markets and their main competitors.• Offering custom-research opportunities among the syndicated customers.• Works side by side with business department heads to determine how to best achieve the strategic goals through leveraging existing knowledge, assessing information gaps, incorporating relevant secondary research and conducting primary research.• Interacts and coordinates with all levels of business, multiple office locations and international partners.• Identify opportunities to generate revenue and cut costs by identifying potential new markets, monitoring client shifts, purchasing patterns etc..• Oversees qualitative and quantitative research processes, including: need assessments, new product ideation, concept testing, pricing, ad testing, customer segmentation and market sizing.• Manage budgets and achieve annual sales target by syndicated and customized customers.
