Key Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain a calendar of recruitment activity for each cycle, this to include agency fairs, school and college visits, and other recruitment-oriented activity.•Build and maintain good working relationships with education agencies across India- subcontinent: with their senior staff in agency Head Offices, and with counselling teams in branch offices nationwide. Provide training and support as required, and provide the M Square Media (MSM) management and MSVU international team with regular feedback on agencies’ performance and market trends.•Attend agency and other education fairs across India, representing the Mount Saint Vincent University to a high professional standard, and taking responsibility for the logistical planning around these events in the areas of travel, accommodation and freight.•Carry out school visits across India, making presentations to groups of students, or one-to-one counselling, and building and maintaining good working relationships with school counsellors, teachers, and Principals.•Carry out college visits across India, making presentations to groups of students at these colleges or one-to-one counselling, and building and maintaining good working relationships with university guidance counsellors, Heads of Offices of International Affairs, Heads of Department, and Principals.•Develop and maintain good internal stakeholder relationships: with current students, alumni and professional services personnel, in support of recruitment and marketing objectives.•Engage in a professional manner with students (and with parents/guardians, etc) at all stages of the recruitment journey: from the first enquiry, through application and offer-holding, till enrolment.•Provide informed input into branding, and into the design and content of India-specific marketing collateral, print and digital.•Provide a consistently high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensuring the provision of high quality advice and guidance to prospective students and counselors.• Responsible for motivating, advising, enrolling, and counselling good quality applicants and facilitate them with the admission process.• Build a strong and effective relationship with target institutions, partners and organisations.• Execute annual plan for Outreach activities and identify opportunities in new markets.• Analysing the applications of prospective students based on standard admissions policies.• Developing and implementing the marketing and recruitment strategy for Mount Saint Vincent University.• Organize and coordinate marketing and promotional activities, across North & West India to increase student numbers.• Representing University at overseas education fairs, high school visits and presentations and on-spot sessions.• Establishing an agent network through regular visits, training and communication.
