• Support HR M&A deal team in HR diligence, integration planning and execution.• Own and manage sensitive employee demographic and compensation data through all phases of acquisition, focusing on data integrity, analysis and reporting. • Collecting, scrubbing and matching target company data; partnering with compensation, benefits and finance M&A partners to analyze impact of integration decisions on deal model; and preparing data for employee offers.• Partner with a virtual and extended team to ensure acquired company data is managed consistently across the globe and in compliance with local and regional processes and policies.

Gurugram

• Interfacing with management and heads of department for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives.• Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments. • Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, selection and appointment, etc.• Carrying out induction / orientation program to the new recruits. Provide HR Induction covering all mandatory trainings to new joinees and completing all on-boarding activities and joining formalities.• Updating all new staff details in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) • Developing & maintaining MIS reports and other operation reports which involves processing daily attendance, employee’s salary, updating leave records, permission slips, etc.• Employee relations and grievance, acting as a resource to the employee, intervening when necessary. Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of work-related problems and issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. Facilitate employee communication by creating platforms/ forums such as all team meetings, Sports meet etc.• Performance Management System - Design the Performance Appraisal system. Conducting Performance appraisals and their analysis for various activities. Job descriptions/ Role directory for all positions and ensuring timely KRA's, Bi-annual appraisals and counseling. • Code of conduct implementation - To ensure each employee follows the code of conduct of the organization.• Employee Satisfaction Surveys to understand the employee’s level of satisfaction.• Rewards and Recognition - A monthly program to recognize the talented and outstanding employees.• Training and development: Planning for Training and development activities for employees in the organization.
