In my 20+ years of journey as an Executive Assistant, I have evolved from being a timid young lady to a Strong headed Strategic EA. Working with C-Level Executives has transformed me to think, see & hear from the eyes & ears of a Leader.At the core, I am proactive & anticipate and action things. Event Management, Organizing, Bringing teams together and executing meticulously is my forte. I Focus on frugality – The principal of business. Cutting costs, differentiate good costs vs bad costs (Jeff Bezos has laid frugality as a principle of his business) I have amassed a wealth of knowledge and wisdom from working for small & large corporates across industries such as manufacturing, r&d, consulting, staffing to fintech. The charm of being an EA is, it hasn't limited me to one industry. In addition to working as EA in every organization, I have always adorned multiple hats = Office Manager, HR Operations, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications. Several nicknames such as Super Woman, Lady with a Magic Wand, Chief Entertainment Officer and now recently Chief Engagement Officer.I believe degree doesn't necessarily make you smart, but the urge to learn, unlearn and learn is what makes me different. My love for books and learning has made me a constant learner. Time, age or situation has never been a hinderance for my learning or to gain knowledge. I Love to travel because it takes me outside of my culture and privilege and reminds me of great inequities in our world. Travel inspires me to learn more, think more and to better serve our world community. Lucky enough to travelled quite a bit, but sky is the limit.When I am not working, I bake from rum cakes to biscuits. Love to see greenery all around, so end up growing my own veggies and greens and taking care of lots & lots of plants in my balcony garden.Creative enough to keep moving things around to make it beautiful be it at office or home! To sum it up, I love doing what I do!
